The Rivers State Government is set to commence construction of a road from Woji-Aleto-Alesa to the Port Harcourt Refinery.
The 6.5 kilometer dual carraige Road which would cost N9.599bn approx would start about 400 meters from the Woji Bridge and have 200 meters of five span bridge across the creek and terminate at the Refinery.
The road would have a width of about 20 meters with both sides of the road having walkways of 1.5 meters and drains of 1.2 by 0.5 meters spanning across the entire length of the road.
